Briskets are 10-12 lbs uncooked, hand rubbed with selected seasoning, and smoked all night by the parents of Troop 157. All briskets must be picked up in the back parking lot of the First United Methodist Church, 1004 N. Mays Street (near intersection of Mays and State Highway 79), Round Rock, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 9, 2004. When picked up, briskets are hot and juicy, so please bring something appropriate to carry then in. All briskets must be paid for in advance. Checks can be made out to BSA Troop 157.
