Troop 157 has decades of experience funding Scouting adventures with expertly smoked meats just right for October college football. In 2025 we're going pro -- pro football that is. Our annual barbecue fundraiser is shifting to Super Bowl Sunday.

WHAT'S ON THE MENU?
The menu features two options:
$99 Super Bowl Party Packs (2 lbs. each of brisket, pork butt, and sausage; plus a loaf of bread)
$25 Smoked Whole Chickens
WHEN DO WE EAT?
We'll be prepping on Saturday, Feb 8 and smoking through the night to be ready for order pickup on Sunday, Feb 9th between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Keep your party pack covered and warm in the oven until the big game, or enjoy it right away!
WHERE DO I GO?
We'll be at the Round Rock American Legion, 1000 N Georgetown St, Round Rock, TX 78664.
WHO NEEDS TO HELP?
Scouts and their parents! We rely on this fundraiser to cover troop expenses for gear and equipment plus it helps cover awards and camping fees. Each troop family needs to sell AND volunteer to help out with a wide range of jobs before, during, and after the cooking. Scouts are encouraged to help with distribution and cleanup on Sunday. Look for online sign-ups soon.

The best way to sell (any enjoy!) Troop 157 fundraising barbecue is WORD OF MOUTH! Every year we sell to family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, grandparents, teachers... anyone who enjoys that perfectly seasoned, smokey flavor of T157 BBQ. Here are some materials to help you sell.

It's time! Troop 157 in Round Rock is firing up the smokers for their annual barbecue fundraiser. Mark your calendar for Super Bowl Sunday, February 9th.
You can up your Super Bowl event with a ready-to-eat party tray and whole smoked chickens. Troop 157 has decades of BBQ experience funding scouting adventures for local Boy Scouts.
